What is a "schtuff"?
I would imagine the reason Ford didn't do that is because it didn't seem profitable, spending the time, talent, expense of customization for maybe 2000 units where the break-even might be 5000 units, just a guess.

Schtuff if a variation of stuff. Sometimes sheeit + stuff = schtuff.
Doesn't take much time, takes some talent, and could be profitable to relocate the EVAP stuff to a different area. It's been done and it didn't take multiple engineers to figure it out.
