I started to build a simple yet efficient Rubi,

mods so far

antenna x
AEV snorkel
AEV front bumper
AEV rear bumper

next , I will add 33 inch tires, I am debating beteween cooper maxx at, duratrac at, bfg at ko. all in 285 70 17.
will no add lift, only a 3/4 inch front spacer to aliviate some of the rake.

wheels.....torn between AEV black pintler and savegres.

I was going to use MB wheels "like 120 bucks, but last time I used them in my sahara tan, withing 6 month the clear coat
on the matte black started to fade and look whitish, i gues you get what you pay for.

suggestions ? comments ?

Looks really nice, I would invest the money and get the AEV tire carrier if your going to go a little bit bigger in the tires or if you decide 35 :) Another option for 33' would be KM2 255/80/17 and the stock wheels.

I really like the Mopar Winter steel wheel, especially when painted to match the rig (white in your case). They are extremely durable and cheap:sombrero:
just my .02. Oh and love the idea of going with 33s and no lift. Sweet!

I thought about those wheels more than twice however, the use of wheel spacers is not an idea I really like. unless i go with JAXS tire suggestion.

another think,, this jeep is bright white , no the old stone white witch IMO looked better for that option

You can use the mopar winter wheels with 33' 255/80/17 .. they are the same as the stock rubicon, etc...I'm debating that myself, I currently have the 33' with my stock rubicon and an AEV 2.5 ' its a great setup for exploring and moderate trails.
