New SD rack for the Range Rover

I just picked up an SD rack last week for the Range Rover. I was surfing craigslist and found a guy selling a 1998 HSE with an SD rack on it. I called him up and asked if he would sell the rack separately. I offered him $400 and he took it! He had no idea what the rack was and actually didn't like it much. I rushed over to take it off before he sold the truck. He actually sold the truck to the first person who saw it half hour after I got the rack. Anyway, the rack is in great shape with no rust. I now see why these are so expensive...they are contoured to the roof with the low profile and solid mounting. Its a great rack.

Nice rack! I picked my SD up for my DII on a similar situation. The guy had the rack sitting on the side of his garage for about a year. Had it from the dealership, didn't like the loss in gas mileage for running to the mall and back. Picked it up for $600.

I think the SD rack for the P38 looks the best of all the SD racks.
