New Tacoma vs Colorado vs Ranger

Specs are not accurate

There's noway the rear seat of the cab has the same legroom from the Silverado to the Colorado

Sat in one today, its manageable but definitely not that much rear legroom

Crew cab Colorado vs extended cab Silverado maybe.

That seemed about right when I was cross shopping Ranger vs F-150 while I had a Supercab F-150. My Supercrew F-150 like has a ballroom back there, prepping for a trip right now and I have my fridge on the floor in front of the rear seat (which is down with two kids car seats on it) and my wife still has tons of legroom upfront.

Yeah I really don't know if I thoroughly like the back seat legroom

I like the truck alot........ but have reservations about back seat room for my daughter

I'm confused...... Why are we trying to compare the Tacoma as if it's a US Vehicle when I. Reality it's a Japanese Vehicle? I don't care where the Manufacturing Plant is located. Its by Toyota which in turn is a Japanese Company and therefore makes it an Import(not that it's anything to be ashamed of) it's the same this with the Nissan Frontier. Though it is built in Canton Mississippi(assuming the plant location didn't change), it is still a Japanese Vehicle.

It's a Japanese brand, that's all. Most design, engineering, manufacturing is in the US. The US brands often have less domestic content than the foreign ones.
Still a Japanese Vehicle no matter how you want to justify it. When it was bought new, the majority of the money went straight to Japan.

If you are talking about profits, then they go to the shareholders of Toyota stock... which you and I can buy as easily as Ford stock.

If you are talking about something else... I have no idea what it is.
I'm talking about the fact that regardless how you look at it, all Toyota Vehicles are Japanese. None are American. Simple as that. It's the same for what you see in Australia. None of them are Australian Vehicles. Not hard to understand, but yet the entire Toyota Crowd seems to be confused about this.

Why would a vehicle that is designed, engineered, and built in the US be Japanese? Why would a Ford that is designed, engineered, and built in Germany be American? You seem hung up on the name tag.

How can anyone compare midsize trucks without including the Tacoma? See the bigger picture here 😊

I can understand the general comparison part and that much is fair. I'm simply pointing out that this is in the Domestic section and yet a Japanese Vehicle is brought to the table first
