New tires for ambulance

Looking for any recommendations for a good LT 225 75r16 tire for my 1995 Ford E350 Horton type 3. It currently has Firestone Transforce At2. Anybody with an ambulance have any recommendations. Thanks!

It depends on what your needs are. I like backroads and have long winters where I live. I went with the Falken Wildpeak A/T3W Went up a couple sizes. So far they've been great.

Essentially bumped from a 29" tired to 32.5"
Still fits without a lift but not by much.
Plenty of room between the duals.

I just ordered the wildpeaks but I kept stock size as I was unsure about the duals. Excited to see how they perform on our trip. Thank you for the info!
