Well I finished striping the trailer and got the frame painted this weekend. Next weekend I'm going to re wire it and then ill start to rebuild it.

I'm guessing you figured out how to get the aluminum sides separated from the walls by now. I had stupid styrofoam pellets EVERYWHERE when I pulled mine apart! Keep the pics coming.

Yeah mine has the Styrofoam pellets stuck to the wall. How did you get the Styrofoam off. I'm thinking a wire wheel?

I used a putty knife; the glue was circa 1985 and was really brittle.

Got the Floor started!!! I have to cut the wheel wells out and then flip it and cover it in roll on liner.

I get the wheel wells cut and put the bed liner on today. Tomorrow I'll flip the floor back over and bolt it down.

I got a couple of more updates today!! I'm ready to run the lights tomorrow and my Wife is going to paint. After that the fLoor finishing, and putting on the new top will happen next week and my wife is making new cushions.

Right now I'm just trying to get it put back together and ready for a trip to Canada next month, but this fall I'm going to lift it up a little so that it sit level on the ground when being towed.

That is looking really nice and can't wait to see how this goes back together. I noticed boxes on the inside already. Are you going back original or changing the layout?

Wish I had the space to do that kind of teardown. My HOA is not fond of my garage work. I got a nasty letter for my M416 teardown. They need to get a life and have some fun.

What bed liner did you use?

Don I am going to stick with the original lay out. It works really nice on this trailer.
Mark I used herky liner. It was on sale at pepboys.

The great thing about the plywood walls is now you can mount about anything to the box! Looking good man.

two new pictures from this weekends work. Panted and wired the trailer and then put the floor and seat boxes back in.

We got the upolstrey done too!


I'm Going to put the top on tomorrow. I'm also going to put in trim around the edge.
