New to me Montero

I've been reading here for some time and would like to express my appreciation for all the info members provided that helped me in choosing this 4x4.

So i got 98 Montero on bold tires and today i got 33" and took it for a ride. Montero is awesome, especially like lockers and heated seats. Everything works, but some things still need attention. Well, here are my pictures

Thanks everyone! Recently i did spark plugs and wires which took about 4 hours total, it was misfiring so had to be done first. I did research and know that i need to change other things there as well such as gaskets, but i didnt have everything on hand. Next i'm planing on replacing valve cover gaskets, rear cam o-ring seals, replace vacuum hoses around engine and then for locking diffs system, new struts and suspension parts like ball joints and others. Cosmetically going to learn how to remove rust spots. Interior is great so the only things im changing is light bulbs. Running boards will stay for now, but i think i'll remove them when i'll be fixing rust spots

i'm in Ohio. i'll be taking it to trails but for right now nothing serious, gotta make sure everything is in good working condition first

It looks like you went with the 33x12.50 instead of the 10.50? Did you notice a large decrease in power, braking etc. ?

It had Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 255/60/15 bald. the only difference that i noticed was under braking, little more effort and obviously turning not as sharp. I'm very cautious and careful driver (IMO) so usually I don't floor it. It wasn't a big change to me, accelerates normally and highway takeovers seems the same. I was worried about noise but i didn't notice much change, maybe a tiny bit on the highway. Over all i'm happy with these tires, and if it gets icy during the winter i can stud them.
