Hello Expedition Community,

Jim Ward here with Outdoor Logic (ODL). Just wanted to take a moment of your time to introduce myself and my shop www.outdoorlogic.net. You may have seen a few of our projects around the net. We are a custom fabrication shop located in Riverside, California. We specialize in all things off-road. Recently we have been transitioning from a project shop over to the manufacturing side of the industry. We have been steadily working on bringing new products to market. If we can help any of you out in any way please give us a call, even if your just looking for some direction or a little tech. And because we all love pictures here are a few of our recent projects and products:

Spamicus Eliminatus
Welcome to ExPo!

That's a very nice swing out Tacoma bumper. Few questions:

What is the price range as shown?
Do the sides require trimming of the bed?
What is the approximate weight of the bumper with swingout? (not including the weight of the tire and filled can)
Do you require the vehicle to be on site for the build or do you build to order/ship?

Thanks,

Pete

Thanks for the welcome and the questions:
That's a very nice swing out Tacoma bumper. Few questions:

What is the price range as shown? $1,500 with jerry can holder ( bare steel) add $250 for powder coat
Do the sides require trimming of the bed? No Trimming required
What is the approximate weight of the bumper with swingout? (not including the weight of the tire and filled can) I would say about 100lbs..Need to get one on the scale.
Do you require the vehicle to be on site for the build or do you build to order/ship? Depends on year of Truck... If it is the same body style as the 2003 4door Taco then we can build it and ship with out the truck. If It is another model I will need to see if I can find one local

Jimmy from Outdoor Logic has done a bunch of work for me and it is all top notch work at a fair price. I would highly recommend Outdoor Logic.

I've now visited the shop several times and even dropped off my Suburban for a custom bumper to be built. I gotta say that Jim has excellent customer service skills and definitely goes the extra mile for his customers. I've been utilizing custom shops for 4x4's, hot rods and motorcycles for 30 years and these guys are refreshing to say the least. Every time I walk out of there I feel like I just visited an old friend. I wish you guys much success and feel free to use me as a reference anytime.

Thanks Chris!

All those years behind a cubicle dealing with Students must have paid off...

I cant wait to start showing off your bumper !

Ever done a rear bumper for a Nissan Titan? I want one with a swing arm that will hold fuel/water cans, maybe 2 or 3 across, and a square hitch to be able to attach a tray mounted winch.

Do you build products as well as do general fabrication?
How about roll cage work? Fab work on VW's?
I'm right up the street, in Idyllwild.
