Nikon battery car charger

Looking for a good car charger for my Nikon camera battery and found one @ Amazon for $3.23. I just can't believe the price! Seems to be just too cheep. Don't want to purchase one that will stop working or not give me a good full charge and be stuck with no battery power on a road trip.

Anyone have any input on said charger or recommend place of purchase?

I bought 2 chargers that look just like that for my Canon 20D off of eBay a few years ago - You might want to test it before you take it out in the field. Mine worked great plugged into the wall at home, but when I went on a camping trip it did not charge my batterys - turned out the connections in the 12v cable weren't soldered correctly, so I missed a whole day of pictures until I could fix it in camp.

That is a good deal, I think I paid 10 each for the chargers I have.

I just wanted to add that both of the chargers I have are still working fine after a couple of years of use.

EBay has the same unit for about twice the price. Just can't believe how inexpensive they are. What's it going to hurt, I'll get the set ordered.

I bought a cheap Ebay charger for my D70 that came with a cigarette adaptor along with a wall adaptor. Still going strong after 4+ years
