Nikon F4s tips

I saw that in the manual I downloaded. That must been great for the sports photogs. That back with film and batteries plus the body must be close to 10 lbs!

My tip? Sell it and buy a lighter camera. I had one for a while and while it was a great camera, it was just too heavy to lug around all the time. I always figured it was heavy duty enough that you could beat someone to death with it and then take their picture. I held onto my F3HP for a long time but finally sold it a couple of years ago when it became apparent I really wasn't going to use it and a friend would. I've still got my F5 though- I have no plans to sell it.

Nah...it's not that bad weight wise. This is my camera for when I want to shoot film so not something I'd use everyday. I don't mind the weight.

Just after a day or so of use I've found the controls pretty straight forward-or maybe I'm just used to Nikon. Downloading the manual helped.

It was the first Nikon camera I ever used and I found the controls easy to use/learn. Its a well mapped and made camera.
