I don't have that model, but I just recently got the G3500. I haven't installed it yet, but just opening it up and handling it, I am very impressed with the quality and feel of it. I had originally wanted to permanently install it in my truck, but now, it seems like a waste since it won't be used all the time. (mine came with the ring terminal lead, as well as battery clamps).
While mine isn't the *power supply* model, i feel with my factory dual batteries (diesel), it will do just fine at keeping the batteries happy when camping someplace with shore line hookups.

Just as a reminder:
Most battery manufacturers recommend a charging current of 10% up to 30% of the battery capacity.
The model shown has 4A. That means the charger suits a battery from 12Ah up to 40Ah.
Thats a bit on the small side if you are trying to charge AGM batteries.

Hey Brian, Thanks man, thats exactly what I was wondering.
Weasel, It seams that charging batteries is a bit of an art. I was under the impression that you could trickle whatever amperage you wanted at the cost of time. The real danger being over charging with a high amperage for too long. That could be way off...?

Nah, most modern chargers have a built-in electronics to switch over from charge to float charge anyway.
Why messing around with a little current?
I do use C-tek chargers in different sizes for that purpose just to suit the batteries.
Using engine coolant heaters I want the batteries fully charged in the morning to start to work while making sure I can leave them unattended.
First thing I always do is to check the nmanufacturer of the battery about the recommended charging current. Then choose a charger appropriate to the battery.
For example:
Optima recommends a charging current of 10A for their yellow top. That's what I use. The charging current is decreased automatically by the charger and it switches over to float charge after reaching the point of a charging current less than 1 A. So no worries.

i have been using the noco genius G26000 for the past year in my spacekap camper it charges 2 US 2000 AGM 6 volts . the great thing is when i plug in to a 110 camp site it returns to last selected mode when restarts so i can mount it away with the batteries . it's doing a good job so far .

I always unhooked from the battery so after 2 years this plug corroded and the charger was not working properly ,and the plug would not come apart had to cut and put new connectors on. it was installed in a dry location i should have unplugged it twice a year and added some dielectric grease.
