Maybe a few silly questions but how did you attach the 8020 to the frame? Did you remove the wall panels and rivnut them in, then re-drill through the panels, or did you locate them another way? Also, did Weeroll build the bathroom enclosure walls or did you?
Where I mounted to walls/ceiling it was rivnuts right through the paneling into the studs.
There were a few items that I just drilled and tapped into the stud itself. I did some tests on scrap studs and found the connection pretty good.
Everything is assembled with thread lock.
The floor mounting was easier. I just through bolted. Used TefGel on the fasteners and sealing washers with nylocks under the trailer.
WeeRoll built the frame and paneled it to my specifications, including the interior walls. I provided them with all the Arctic Tern windows and door.
It took them two tries to get the trailer right (they inverted some important numbers the first time around). I am not sure they would build another this custom.
Our trailer is still not finished, but enough for us to use. The finishing touches require me to get out the vacuum pump and make some panels and I have been too busy for that.
