After the Rossmonster Havn and the Nomad Euphoria, we now have a 3rd player coming: OVP. Their particularity is to offer both a Sprinter chassis and the Ford E chassis (although Nomad is also coming with a Ford E version).

The Sprinter is priced at $300K and the Ford E at $325K which makes it in line with the Havn and more expensive than the Nomad.

Floor plan looks good: drop down bed, deployable queen size bed above cab (unfortunately only listed for the Ford E, hope they offer it for the Sprinter). This looks to be by far the best options for families versus the 2 others. Tech and systems (electrical, water,..) is similar to the other 2. They chose 12V like Rossmonster instead of the 48V on the Nomad. They chose the best AC (Velit, which beats Nomadic in output and efficiency).

Overall a good product (assuming they deliver, for now it’s only renders) but unfortunately it’s overpriced at over $300K. This is where the new 4th competitor in this segment, the Geotrek Verus, comes in at $200K: I’ll introduce that one in another thread.

Looks like that's the new lightweight globe treker box. I've seen a couple examples of the Sprinter version floating around on the internet. I haven't seen photos of the E-Series build yet, but given that the box is roughly the same dimensions I expect it will ship.

A big cost at her on these builds is the labor. with a lot of buyers wanting those labor heavy features, and designers focusing on that instead of low cost production, 300K builds aren't that surprising. Doing the entire interior uppet myself I'm still probably going to be close to 200k for something that has really good specs on a 4x4 e series
