** Back On the Market** $6000 - M715 Military PU - Restored/Modified
BACK ON THE MARKET $6000
I have decided to put the M715 back on the market after my period of sentiment had passed - hate to sell it, not costing my money - but would like to see it go to a good home. Price is firm - first buyer takes it home. I've done my best to disclose all issues and is sold as is.
1969 Jeep M715 1 ¼ ton Military Pick-up
Clean Title on hand
$6000 FIRM
Location NE Oklahoma
* * I also have a matching Mil Spec Offroad trailer for sale and would make a package deal (see link below for pix and info). A smokin' deal!

A very unique and historical military pick-up that I began restoring/modifying back when I had more money than brains. The truck is about 85-90% completed. Truck was stored outside so it does show a fair amount of cosmetic weathering -- thus the discounted price. I simply don't have the time to complete the project.

Location NE Oklahoma
Pic is right after paint - which is now weathered
Basically here is the point I got to before it ended up sitting and an estimate of what still needs to be done:
- Engine/Drivetrain installed
- Body installed - needs body mounts sorted out
- Wiring run and partially wired
- Tie rod installed but not connected to box
- Engine wiring run but not connected
- Engine hoses and hydraulics needed
- Rear lights/bumper needed
- No seats
- Needs new canvas top - old one is ripped
- As mentioned, hydraulic throw out bearing needs a new seal installed it leaked during storage
- Brakes need plumbed
- Tires were surplus and were about 50% tread, but if I were to keep it, it would get new tires anyways due to age by now
As mentioned , the truck shows a good amount of weathering (i.e. streaking, slight rust, etc) due to being stored outside about 5 years after the work was done - ya stupid I know, but no other choice at that point. Remember I built this back in my younger days when I had more money than brains. I'm discounting it pretty good due to the weathering.
I prefer not sell it without someone actually looking at so we could go over it and misc/spare parts together. I'm in no hurry to sell - its not costing any money. I know its not perfect but thus the killer price!
Prefer it to go to a good home.
Here are some photos as it actually sits so you can get an idea of current condition...
