OBD II reader. Best bang for the buck?

I think I have decided on a hyper tech it will allow to read and clear codes and adjust the speedometer for tires up to 54".

You dont want the hypertech for a code reader. It doesnt show standard OBD II codes

Ok, its not on a computer or my phone, but it is reliable, works well, and can log, graph, and export data.
