Off-Topic, but nevertheless . . . One seriously amazing Sprinter conversion body

Well, gang, all of our Sprinter conversions are now officially ho-hum. ;)

Andy Mauck, who was the project director for Creative Mobile Interiors when they built out my Sprinter expedition camper, has been working for a couple of years developing a company that will be making a RV conversion body for new-model (NCV3) Sprinter cab and chassis units and possibly some other trucks. I've kept in touch with him as the design and development took place.

Recently, the first body got molded, mounted and finished, and you've got to admit, it is a distinctive-looking thing with a whole bunch of room for your stuff. Lots of flexibility for a high-end RV, but it'd also make one really trick motorcycle carrier, band van or anything else. The idea is that you arrange with a coach converter to build whatever you want inside Andy's shell . . . or have at it yourself.

Thought it'd be worth showing what you can do with enough time, money and skill. Not too sure about that departure angle ;), but if you want one, Andy's contact information is at

I was going to make a comment about this truck but then in the back of my head I hear my mother "If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all".
