some electrical and paint goodies started showing up

drilled the back bumper for the reverse light and reinforced it to the back frame..

seam sealer .. all existing and new joints are treated with seam sealer...don't have photo of others.. its not that ugly as it looks here in the pic. crappy cell phone pic

cycle rack test fit its nice to see the fabricated parts in action .. well at least how it would be in action

fender mounted and all parts put together except the electricals to get the feel of what it would look like..

For now i am going to spring under and i have close to 6" gap between the wheels and fender and it sits on #3500 leaf spring and planning to add the shocks from NAPA. hope it will have enough clearance. if not i might to spring over or extend the spring mount. will decide after i take it for a test ride in few weeks

I have it threaded both the ends so that in future if i want to just extend the rack little outside of the trailer to carry a bike along with the RTT, it will be just a screw on addition using some couplings and nipples

Added the 3rd bar so that the RTT can rest completely on the lid frame..

The project will be halted here for next couple of weeks due to medical reasons.. I twisted my left knew when riding my dirt bike this Sunday. so can't stand not put weight on my leg and consulting ortho only tomorrow.

Excellent build.. Man your welding and fab skills are amazing.. If only I had them. I bought a plasma cutter and a arc welder for my trailer build and well its halted. due to time but your thread makes me want to get it back on track..
