I've seen them lit up in person, and while it's the same Cree LEDs used in the squadron Pros, the larger reflector housings definitely throw the light farther/wider. They come with a driving combo std, but also come with an all wide cornering and all spot lens replacement. Being on the pillar, if the glare is too bad as is, I'll switch to the full spot pattern...as you know, you just can't go wrong with the BD stuff!

That is a lot of light! have pics of it all mounted up?

I don't wanna muck up Rins awsome build page....just thought it was cool we were essentially set up the same with lighting. I'm working on quick disconnect weatherpack harnesses over the next few weeks...my build page is around here somewhere if you want to see more.
Rin, I have brackets for 40" light bars for a Gobi rack...you may be able to use them on other racks too...pm me if you want them, I have no use for them and I'll just give em to you.

Thanks for the offer on the brackets, I've actually have been tooling with the idea of inserting two rivnuts into the bottom side of the Rhino Rack Pioneer platform. This way the BD Stealth will be "hidden" under the rack. All brainstorm at this time.

And extra pictures of awesomeness are always welcome! :)

Not much progress with the JK the past week with this subpar weather, but had sometime to play around Island Beach State Park. :)

Finally had time to install the AEV Rear bumper system with tire carrier. Not many install pics, dirty Jeep and hands with all this salt. However some pictures from this week all washed and thawed out. :)

I also installed the AEV splash guards and the pump kit. Once the Salta wheel is released I will be installing the AEV suspension system and 35" tires which will allow me to install the AEV Fuel Caddy and Hi-Lift mount. Cannot wait for spring and Salta's!

I finally have got around to building a "proper" floor for the rear of my JKU. The factory subwoofer and grill just made the use of the rear cargo area a bit of a tap dance and a matter of time until the sub was damaged. I brainstormed a simple birch plywood floor board (literally :ylsmoke:) to replace the factory carpet mat and subwoofer grill.

This board would than be attached to the four factory mounting bolts in the rear. The forward bolts would be a straight forward 6mm x 65mm bolt. The sides however required a little bit trickier bracket.

A bit of clearance was required to leave room for the lock nut.

A few finished shots of the fridge installed on the new floor setup. Overall I'm stoked on the outcome of the POR15 "OEM Bed Liner" finish. It really has a smooth and consistent look.

I also installed the MAC JK hardtop mount hardtop tracks. These bolt right in the hardtop bolt locations and add additional mounting points.

How does the sub sound with that floor above it now?

It looks really good, I was wondering what people would do with that sub relocation and gives me some ideas.

It surprisingly sounds, dare I say really good. I was expecting a slight loss in sound, but with the style of the new floor mimicking a bandpass box sound actually feels increased. The floor sits approximately 2" over the sub enclosure and vents out the front and rear of the floor.

The other much needed addition was foam seal tape under all plastic trim panels and between the floor and plastic panels. They were rattling terribly before this addition. haha
