Up for sale is my 98 Lexus Lx470 with 284,263 miles on it. She has been my daily driver for the past 4 years. I have done a lot of baselining/maintenance and a few mods during this time. I am only selling because I needed a truck which means my Land Cruiser has to go. The LX is in really great shape for its age and mileage. The roof is starting to lose its clear coat and it has various dings and scratches on the body. It has cold AC in the front and rear (even in the third row), hot heat. Oil has been changed at 5k miles with full synthetic every time.

The 100 Series has run flawlessly for me and has never let me down. The AHC suspension functions perfectly and makes for a very smooth ride which you can adjust for an instant lift or lower. The only issues with the vehicle is that the 4 small instrument gauges are working intermittently/sometimes not at all. This is why I installed the Ultragauge. I’ve never looked into getting fixed. The other issue is that it leaks oil. I believe this is the Oil Pump O-ring leaking from the front of the motor. When I did the timing belt I thought it was the camshaft seals but it still leaks after they were replaced. I was waiting until the next timing belt job to tackle the oil leak. Its a small leak that I never have to add oil between oil changes but it does drip to the ground while it sits.
