Old man emu suspensions?

Add another vote FOR OME springs.

I've got OME Dakars on my 89 4Runner and they are AWESOME... They, along with the acompanying OME shocks and steering stab. really transformed my truck from a rough riding, bump-stop slamming, boat-esque riding (read: SUPER saggy rear-end) truck to a monster on fire-roads and the street (in a good way) in addition they hold up to repeated heavy loads very well. If these ever wear out on me I'll be buying another set to replace them.

I'm going to replace my T-bars with some OME bars here pretty soon.

Cheers

Dave

I'm really glad to hear everyone with the positive OME leaf springs. I really needed to replace my current springs and seams like getting just a mild lift is difficult. Marlin starts at 4"! I'll be sure to post pics!

Hmm. It's been a couple years but I think I just called them. Oh well, at least you'll be getting your parts soon. :)

16 Years on ExPo. Whoa!!
One more vote for Old Man Emu as well. I am local to Rocky Road and 90% of what is online about them seems to be true. Kurt at Cruiser Outfitters is also an excellent source and customer service above all else. I'm surprised he wasn't mentioned earlier as he usually is...

I was going to say it is kind of hard to find someone that is not happy with OME products as you can see.

Kurt was mentioned to me on my local board. And he was actually the fastest to respond to my emails. Only reason i didn't order from him is the fact that he was out of stock.

I could have called slee but i use email as a gauge of a company. its very easy to ignore or loose email if your not very organized so if people respond very quickly to email it is a fairly good indicator that they WANT my business. I know this "test" isn't 100% accurate but it has worked for me fairly well. In addition i work night shift so when i'm up most places aren't.

I'm really glad to see such strong reports of OME equipment. as with many I really can't afford to be buying springs very often so they've gotta last me for a good 5-6 years.
