I say you wouldn't be made whole unless you are compensated for the month-long loan. Those credit card fees are part of the damages. You have been damaged.

I'm still shaking my head that there was no tent. Unless it was some complex chain of transactions that fell apart in the middle.

But seriously, 200 tents on various forums over two years? That's not a private seller moving an unused tent bought as a mistake. That's a commercial operation that should have been set up as a site vendor. I'm sure the mods are taking that claim into consideration.
