Onboard washer/dryer... worth it?

Has anyone had issues with shaking the washer/dryers too much? Any damage?

Can they run while driving?

Did you have to use any type of vibration isolating mounts?

I am thinking about what happens while driving off-road.

Thanks

Our washer is a Bosch Maxx5. It is 16"wide, top loading. After 5 years and thousands of miles of dirt road vibrations there are no issues. We have never tried to run it while driving, I think that is asking for problems. Power use is minimal, a few amps for most of the cycle, up to 20 amps at the peak of the spin cycle. There is a heating element for the hot cycles that can pull 200 amps so we only use the cold cycle. If we need a hot cycle we set the machine to cold but feed it hot water(two valves under the sink). The spin cycle is so good that clothes only need minimal hanging to dry.
