Outback Solutions Drawers

Has anyone installed these in their vehicles? I've only see one in a JK before and they looked pretty well made. I didn't spend a lot of time messing with it though.

I know they're a little spendy, but then again, nothing is when it comes for getting cool stuff for your rigs. Unless you build it yourself. Unfortunately I don't have the skills, tools, or friends to build something of my own.

I have a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and looking into some storage ideas. So far, I like the look and set up of the Outback Solutions drawers.

Just wondering if anyone has any other thoughts about their products.

I have one unit in the bed of my Tacoma. These seem to be very well made, I was impressed with the quality when I installed it. I have also sold several and so far everyone has been quite pleased with the drawers.

I run them in my 100 Series Land Cruiser, I've been absolutely pleased with them. Anything specific your wondering about?

I've read about them and saw a couple youtube review vids, I just wanted to see what personal experience people have with them and how pleased they are with them. So far so good it sounds like.

I talked to a guy on another forum who works for ARB in Australia, I thought he told me they didn't have a size yet for an FJ cuz that's what he drives. But I can't remember.

Oh, the one on the site that was linked wasn't Hayman Reese. The guy I was talking to about the ARB/Hayman Reese ones said they don't have one for FJ yet. Whatever brand that is would work though.

I'm not familiar with Hayman Reese drawers, ARB USA is only offering the Outback Solutions versions here in the US.

my bad...I was looking at a cargo barrier from Hayman. I thought it was the same as the drawers. I'm looking at too many other tabs on my internet and confusing myself, haha.

I have these mounted in my 2012 for over a year now so I can answer any questions you have. My only complaint is I had to remove the subwoofer which required rigging up a new power outlet. I am not a huge a sound guy and almost don't notice the difference in sound quality. They are sturdy and the mounting instructions suck. The instructions are more on assembly but mine came fully assembled. I had a hard time installing them trying to measure mounting holes and such until I figured out to just remove the top cover put them where I wanted and then mark holes with frames in place. I was concerned that they would would be full of dust because of the opening at the front but so far it hasn't been an issue.

I have my fridge on top and getting into the fridge is a bit hard to see because of the height. I bought a drop slide, but at the new height the slide is too long because of the seats. I am not sure if a standard slide will work with the seats or not.

Do you have any pictures?

Just the official ARB photos in the back of the red jeep. I currently have the rear seat and cargo barrier removed, but could take a pic if there is something specific you want to see.
