Overland Expo.2010 will be held the weekend of April 16 - 18, 2010 in beautiful southern Arizona. This year's attendees, mail list subscribers and our friends at Expedition Portal are getting advance notice of our early registration discounts - that's right, we're offering the 2009 prices for a limited time (until December 1, 2009).

New venue ~ Amado Territory Ranch

We're pleased to announce our new venue partner, Amado Territory Ranch, in the southern Arizona hamlet of Amado, along the Santa Cruz River. In addition to a large Expo area for the vendors, feature vehicles, and on-site campers, the ranch has nice shaded verandas, two excellent restaurants - cappuccino and espresso! - and very comfortable meeting rooms.

Best of all we have almost adjacent Forest Service land and 100+ miles of excellent dirt roads for real-life training for overland driving situations and adventure motorcycle riding. We're also working with private land owners for access to the river for water crossings, sand, and mud training.

RSS are now working; photos don't link, but the feeds do. Because of a bug in the software that writes to the RSS file, I can't yet fix the photo feed. But at least you will get the good news!

thats only about 6.5 hours.

So the double one is $455.00? until Dec. 1st, right?

so we have three kids, 4yo 2.5yo and 8weeks (she'll be about 10months then)

They'll all be free and daycare'd for?

That's correct - a screaming deal! We had a lot of families last year - more than a dozen kids in all, including a couple little ones. I hire certified day care providers and comply with the state guidelines. You can check them in for just a few hours at a time - it's up to you. We just don't want kids in or around the vehicles in any driving classes.
