The blue one was my 1989 on 4.5 lift with 33x12.50. The green is my 1998. It has 6.5 lift with lockers front and rear. 4.56 gears, cut out flsres, slip yoke eliminator, front and rear bumpers with a warn winch, on board water tank with 12 volt on demand water pump, as well as satellite radio and GPS built into the radio. On top a roof top tent by CVT and an awning by CVT.

That green one is almost identical to what I'm building right now. What fender flares did you use? They look GREAT!

Those appear to be Notch fender flares

Thanks! Yes, the roof rack was custom made with dimensions to support a roof top tent in the future but still have some rails on the front for fuel/water/firewood etc. I'm also using it to store the spare tire when I'm on long trips. Eventually I want to powder coat it though since the spray paint isnt holding up too well

What "feet" did you use. Can you post a couple pics of those and how they tighten to your gutters? I'm about to build one that's very similar for mine.

I am testing out a new tire size and wheel for my XJ

. 16” steelies with a 235/85R16. It runs about a 32x9.50. So far so good!

Thanks man, I was on the fence about the bronze as I haven’t really seen it on a steelie before, but with the black centercaps it seems to fit! I have been looking for a tall skinny tire for the 15’s but I had to jump to the 16 for a lot more choices.

I have just done the one for now as it was a bit of an experiment. 16” Ford steelies from an early 2000’ Crown Vic or Ford Explorer spare. The bore is a hair too small (I mean it’s really close) so I had to clearance it a bit. The Jeep center caps fitting was a happy accident as I already had them on hand, but I did have drill the wheel to bolt em up. Paint is a duplicolor bronze wheel coat. I have the black on my stock 5 spokes for 8 years now and it has held up well. Backspacing was within an 1/8” of my 5 spokes.
