I've seen the service manuals on eBay in pdf format, but I've never seen the owners manual available in pdf, hard copies only. The service manual covers most of what is in the owners manual.

Workshop manual source

books4cars.com had one for my Fuso FH. It has a range of years and is super easy to navigate due to it being PDF. The cost was a little over $100 I think.

This comes on a disc.

Sorry guys those part numbers are for FG84,.

For FG649 i got MTACD004 cd which is for Chassis and Electrical.
Just check with any Fuso dealer.
