I just recieved a package with two pair of Duluth Firehose Pants. They were replacements for two pair that I sent back with what I think was defective material. I will not go into details out the old pair,but will tell you that a call to the service department was a great experience. I was told to send the pants back, no need for an explaination. I told her about my vest that I did not like because the form and function were not right. She told me to send back anything that I did not like and they would replace or refund. That is great service and I will always use Duluth Trading.

I have a force Nine vest I wore on the Police Dept and E.M.S. The best piece of equimpent for both jobs. I also have a vest that I modified alittle and have wore it all week on a job without issue. I like the shirt with the phone pocket on the chest.
