Thanks. The surf pic was actually taken in Manitoba, Canada. There are some rapids that have continual standing waves. Surfing is a total blast and I am looking forward to more.......

Well we are just getting the "big one" in Alberta today...Looks a lot like AK...two days of of non stop heavy snow, the reason why I quit working in the Arctic. paddling is only a memory...
