permanent mount solar panel for pickup truck tool box

reason i'm looking to mount on the toolbox is i was a jeep basket/lightbar for the roof

i'd like to spend less than 200. i do plan on a a nice battery bank system w/ 2 under the hood and 2 in the toolbox or possibly 2 battery trays welded to the frame
