xoc , that has got to be the sweetest purpose built xterra I have ever seen. So what are the specs , lift , tires ect.

As for the heater core, I swear they must start with the heater core and build the rest of the vehicle around it these days.

Yep - I think you're right about that. I'm modifying the whole thing at the moment so that if it goes bad again I don't have to rip the whole dash out.
