Just got the beast some license plates! Failed emissions unfortunately, but was able to get a waiver. Getting through the licensing process was a bit of a nightmare. Endless questions about the vehicle and its history (thought I was going to have to get it inspected). In the end, all I had to do was take it to get weighed. 8020lbs of pure camping bliss.
Coach - it's been completely gutted and rebuilt. All the shelving, bed, etc, was built new. I love the interior too! The guy who did it, did a great job! The stove in the pics I posted was replaced with a Cubic mini grizzly. I included some other pictures below.
eporter - I'm in Seattle, but bought the rig from a guy in Breckenridge.
cjken - I'm not actually sure of the wheelbase. I'll have to look into it. The ambo started life with 7.3 PS, but got switched to a 6.8L V10 gas engine. I'd love to switch it back to a diesel if the conversion didn't cost so much! Definitely not a project I could manage.
