I picked up my CRF250L Rally today. What are you guys using to transport these things? I'm concerned that my spare tire is going to get in the way of me being able to load this onto a hitch ramp. What does everyone use to get around this?

Cool bike! With the short wheelbase FJ? Get a small folding bike trailer. A 250 hung off the back of the FJ would make for interesting handling especially loaded with gear on big tires.

It's not a problem on the FJ, but you might have a bigger rear wheel than I do.

Everyone post your pics of your bike strapped to your rig. Will make a nice thread and I can get some ideas of how to do mine. I have a 4-runner, a ktm 525 and a DR-Z 125 that somehow I need to transport and still be able to get down the trail.
