I have the ex-Pirate4x4.com van!
1986 E250 Quadravan

I installed a new 351W HO and peeled the wrap, cleaned it up, got front and rear AC converted to R134a and working well, tinted the windows, new flowmaster exhaust, etc-- love it and it runs and drives great! But I'm gonna sell her---

The pavers were right around 2200lbs. My engine had no problem making enough power to move all that extra weight. My brakes on the otherhand trying to stop it... yeah not so much. I definitely need to do some upgrading in that department.

Ramsey where was that taken and what was the occasion?

We had a San Diego Meet and Greet at Fiesta Island in Mission Bay. That picture was taken early and by 1pm we had a lot more vans, I'm thinking around 30. Agile Off-Road supplied the food... but it was an open Meet and Greet initiated by Tien on the Sportsmobile Forum. It was a lot of fun and we got to see a lot of great people and vans.

We need to do more of these...

On a Trail Above Bonanza Colorado Ghost Town

We took the big white 2WD van and the RTT up above Bonanza CO, 10,000+ altitude. Big hail/rain storm blew in and dropped a monster 4 trunked pine tree across the trail. It took me a couple hours to cut the trunks and all the smaller branches by hand with a break down Gerber bow saw. I wish I had taken a before picture (wish I had taken my chain saw) when it was impassable, note the piles of branches on the side of the road. I could barely lift a beer when I was done.... cheers Gerber!!!
