Bajasportsmobile, Love the video....thats classic, a van pulling out a jeep.
It was Rod Hall's Hummer and went on to win it's class. This was the vans first trip since I added the 4X4. The D50 TTB worked awesome in the dirt. 35's and 12 inches of travel. I need to revalve the Fox Shox and add a little rebound, but I am really happy with it.

These have been my best vans!

My first love, a VW '65 that followed me for a good 10 years.

Then like typical male I went for a younger one, my VW '78.

Pit stop in Quebec.jpg

Being the vanizer that I am I had to try something more exotic so I had a good time with a younger Japanese one, my last love a 4x4 Mitsubishi Delica converted to run on veggie oil.

I actually had a threesome for some time, Vanamazing!!!

No going back!.jpg

Lately I haven't been very good, going for the SUV thing although with the highroof it almost feels like a van, but not quite...

And I dearly miss my vans...So I started eyeing something along the lines of a 2003 Ford E350 Ambulance... Hopefully to be my next project!

Cheers,
Mr. D

Took the chevy on some dirt roads in the great smoky mountains the past few days. We made the 1060 mile round trip, mainly to take the younger ones on the Polar Express train ride, but some free time, led way to some off pavement adventures. Nothing too extreme, but plenty of good views and some good passenger scares LOL. For the trip since we had 9 people going I went ahead and installed the final row of seating that chevy doesn't install in the AWD vans.

Here is our current van. Only 2WD. 3" spindle lift from Boulder Off Road, and getting new springs in the rear (currently lift blocks).
