GMC Sprinter 3500 4WD
My plumber wrecked the front of his Sprinter - replaced with Duramax 3500 4wd chassis w/ Sprinter body attached. Was not a bolt-on... wheel well relocation, frame mounts, supports, etc:

Here's mine. I actually have two of the exact same van. First van, I got hosed in which I got it shipped to me and it arrived missing virtually everything that made it a 4x4. Took me years later to find a drivable one. Shortly after this pic, reverse went out and I had to pay a pretty penny for a tow off the sand. I'm again stuck with broken vans. In addition to the trans, also needs some insulating, sick of condensation dripping all over me when loading/unloading in the winter months. As you can see the van is bare bones on the inside.
