This years moto trail meal......Day 2 after dealing with the 2021 Colorado Monsoons...no fires allowed so cooked the bacon wrapped filet on my MSR Pocket Rock with baked beans, Apple Crisp and Merlot........rough!

On a canoe trip, my bastardized version of shepherds pie and naan bread.

And the last evening meal on that float trip, chicken fajitas, dehydrated refried black beans, and Spanish rice (in covered pan keeping warm). Made to a burrito on flour tortillas but didn't get a picture of the final product.
