Portable cable puller

I just came across this http: //www.e-rackonline.com/store/hoists-equipment/long-reach-cable-puller/ while looking for an overhead crane. It looks like one (the name escapes me right now) that I have seen before that I think is made somewhere in Europe. The manufacturer dosn't seem to be mentioned. Does anyone have any input on this unit? The larger model has 7/16" cable!

Tirfor or Griphoist is probably the names you're wanting. I've never used one but they've been around for a long time and used a lot. I'm sure there are knockoffs out there to stay away from.
