Good to hear some feedback. For the counter surface, not too worried, I usally bring a foldable 4' table when camping to help with that.

In my case, it's gotten damaged in transit. I may eventually replace it with something else. Since I'm building a trailer, this won't be used as much. But, it is nice and compact enough to work well for canoe tripping.
