Do you have any experience with Sumo?
I have no experience with them, have been thinking about the possibility of running them in the front to help with the load.
Had Timbren SES on a F250, and those seem to be more suited for a pavement going work truck.
Yeah, the shop I use installed a Carli 2.5 pintop system on an F-350 Supercrew. The guy couldn't be talked out of Carli's leafs. He insisted and supplied Firestone airbags to elevate the load. The engine is a V-10. The body had a Snugtop cab hi shell with a contractor rack extending over the cab. It had an RTT monted on top. Mileage read 8.5 or something on the dash. We took it for a ride on the local mini-course and it road great. Anyway the owner was in Gonzaga Bay and punctured a bag. He had to deflate the other bag and drove home "uphill" all the way back. The RTT flapped him to death with the winds down there too. Sumo Springs might be an alternative also.LOL, You will appreciate this then. 2000 Baja 1K just south of Visciano. I ripped a bag on the Dodge chase truck I was driving. Spent another week and 1800 miles going down and back. Best and worst trip ever. Fixing that truck is when I started making My own mounts with floating bottoms.
Are you talking about airbag “ping” tanks?Today I did see something interesting, it was a White 4th gen ram truck with rolling lobe Firestone and some King shock reservoirs going to the bags, at first I saw the huge king cylinders and then looked at the shock and they were some small foxes trying to figure out what was going on, then I realized they were for to the bags, not too sure if they used air or nitrogen for that setup.
