How did it hold up?

No issues at all. I repacked the bearings and checked it over well before leaving. On the way out I used a 2" ball hitch, but on the way back I switched back to the Max coupler. Much smoother and quieter than ball.

Thanks Luc. I didn't have the LJ when I started the trailer project ... but I'm sure glad I have it now! The LJ took me away from the trailer for a while as it needed a fair bit of work but it will all work out in the end. There's still lots to do on the trailer but it's coming along.
