Post Pic's of your Jeep

Was out toolin' around the desert today seeing how things are running. Planning a little camping trip to Havasu in a few weeks. Next weekend I will be working on a few items on the camper.

I trimmed down a set of JK Unlimited sliders purchased for $120 from Craigs List.

I was tired of waiting for a 2 door set to show up:

Never knew you could do that. Are the mounting points in the correct location or did those need altered also?
Hey Espo78 right there with you.. Now that I know this can be done, I'll have other options just in case I don't find those molded side steps.

Found more old jeep pics :P

Notice the same explorer rims and tires on both :P

Espo78,

The mounting points are in the correct position and will allow the unlimited rails to fit perfectly.

The cut in the picture was at 4' 9" and test fitted to the JK. I then trimmed to 4' 8", as measured from the top of the rail.

Make sure to trim the back end of the rail, not the front.

I picked up the bolts and nuts at Ace Hardware for a few dollars.
