My rig pulls double duty as trail rig and expedition rig. It's a little big to be the ideal long distance expedition rig, but it's also a little more capable of handling bad terrain.

Rear Bumper looks to be shop made, I've never seen it in a catalog (anyone have insight?).
It is built very solid; the tire carrier is sound and works very well.
The license plate is in the receiver hitch. Might get relocated to the spare itself and loose the cover...

I do have a few rust spots to deal with, no biggie though...

That is shop made. There are only three companies that produce them and none look like that. Nice Dub by the way.

Ok, that looks awesome. Seeing as how I will have my teal/green/blue/puke colored (really, what were they thinking?) XJ in about a weeks time, how about sharing how you did it and what you used if you will. Was it sprayed using an automotive paint gun or something else?
