Overhead Console install

I finally finished installing my Tuffy Overhead Console today.
I still have to connect the power to the radios and test them out, but I called it a day.

I haven't tried yet.
I riveted that rear loop on there to use for the middle strap on a bikini top, but I haven't put the retainer on and checked to see what happens. I also haven't tried putting the softtop up yet to make sure everything still works.
I'm kinda scared to, but I really think everything will work.
The only thing I see with the bikini or safari top is that the middle strap and buckle thing are going to be way too long so I'll have to figure out some other plan.

Thank you! I like it too. It is a Garvin "Wilderness" G2 rear bumper/tire carrier. They are also know for their "Wilderness" roof racks. I got mine through Quadratec, but 4WP also sells them. The brackets for the axe and shovel are sold separately, as are Jerry can mounts. According to Garvin, they are working on a rack to carry Rotopax cans, as well.

Been lurking this forum for a while now and just now joined. There are some great rigs on here!

Rubicon is my old jeep. I took it mudding and beat the heck out of it! It's been all over England and Scotland! Decided that expeditions were more my thing so I sold it and bought my 82 CJ8!

Traded in the Subaru for a JK for the fiance.

And one with my TJ.

Automatic, Rubicon wheels and tires were part of the package, as well as "Tiki Bob" on the hood and embroided into the seats (thought it was pretty lame at first, but now I love it). I was happy to see the JK came with a Dana 44 rear axle and a Mopar intake on it. 4,000 miles on the odometer so far. I love it.
