Stock 44s; RCVs, sleeved, gusseted, Rock Krawler front axle truss, 5.13s. No issues. Also, I am far from a rock crawler. But she made easy work of Rubicon last Summer.

Why the 40's if you're not rock crawling. I've done just about every tough trail there is on 35's with ease.
I would watch those 513's and the stock axles very closely. A real Dana 44 can handle up 35's no problem. 37's push the limit. The rubicon 44 axles aren't as strong. With all the money you have in that rig you should consider upgrading to support the 40's the may leave you stranded
