I just finished a 5 state trip from Portland, Oregon to Moab, Breckenridge (for LRNR), Boulder, up Pikes Peak, up through Poudre Canyon to Walden and on to Saratoga, Wyoming..... then home to Portland.

A Brooklyn, Colorado view. A lot better than a Brooklyn, NY view. Probably smelled better too plus Rovering is more fun on the Brooklyn trail in Colorado than a Brooklyn, NY paved street.

Our first Land Rover and RTT

My girlfriend and I bought our first Land Rover a few months back. Its an 02 SE7. We have only made one good trip in it so far. Not a very good photo of the Disco, But a pretty good one of the new to us RTT.

I go climbing there a bit. small tree in the higher elevations. Its a High Dessert Forrest and quite a wonderful asset. To bad about the fire this summer. Last Chance Canyon and Sitting Bull Falls park are trashed.

That looks a bit like the Sahara forest that the Irish Lumberjacks used to work in. Think it's a Desert now...
