Post pictures of your Land Rover.

Ok, here are a few dirty shots. But the picture quality is crap . They are pictures of pictures. One is taken up at Coyote Flats in the Sierras and the other is in Vegas fueling up after the 3k mile ski trip.

And speaking of road trips I just had to throw in a picture of my old 4runner. My wife and I drove to Telluride to visit friends. We took kayaks, skis and mountain bikes. Biked in Moab, kayaked the Virgin River through Zion NP and the San Miguel in Telluride, I think it's the San Miguel that runs through T-ride. I also got some spring back country skiing in . It was a great trip.

sweet bone-stock 4-Runner. Very cool.

Had it from new for almost 10 years. over 220k miles on it with only oil and brake changes. Original clutch. Totally dependable. I dont know why I sold it, oh wait, it was so we could buy the Disco and start the downward spiral into Land Rover hell:p We are finally getting our lives back on track and will soon be a 1 rover family. We will have the 130, Honda Pilot and a Honda CRV awd. The 130 will remain my daily driver:)

Four by land,

That picture was taken 11 years and a back surgery ago. I'm 42 but feel 55.

I could tell it was old, just thought it was cool.

Lots of good memories from those trips. My wife and I did lots of selfish traveling and adventures in the first 10 years of our marriage. We wanted to "get it out of our system" before kids. Ha ha ha, the problem with that philosophy is that it always leaves you wanting more. We now have two great kids, Grace 5 and Sam 8 that we are taking along on our adventures. They no doubt have slowed the trips down in the beginning but things are starting to pick up again. Sam can ski most runs at Mammoth with me now and Grace is almost there with him. Fun stuff.

That's awesome, hopefully our paths will cross sometime, our first will be here in oh, about 6 days or so and I am excited about making changes to accomodate the little guy. To keep this on topic.

This is me and my mate Grover.

Here is a link to my blog chronicling the project.

As you can see it is horribly out-dated. I'm also in the middle of restoring our house and that is taking up all the time.

I have done more to Grover, but nothing major. I have a brand new harness, original lights, and several other such things - just have not got it done yet.

I really need to get the tranny looked at, but I'm not the best mechanic for such things, but I'm learning!

Congratulations, kids are a joy, more happiness than I could ever imagine.

Is that shot Goler? I have yet to do Goler, spend most of my time in the Inyos and the Whites North of the Panamints.

Anyone jealous

So Life has been soooo very tough, we had to sell our beautiful FJ40. sell all our furniture :-( and leave our home in Atlanta GA with our six month old son!

On the bright side,,,,, We are now back in Africa for the next 4 years, I get paid to visit the most remote regions in Kenya (a 4X4 playground) and I am now the proud owner of our new 110.

She is wonderful, a fully refurbished 200 tdi, up-graded suspension, ungraded interior the works. The RTT and trailer will follow soon.

Its such a hard life!

Anyone jealous?????

Thanks for the compliment,"hope" is half built.. The roads here are called tracks. I live in a remote location so normally do not have the net like here in Nairobi, But we love her.

She will see some action I guarentee it.. Just getting to my house is what I used to play with in most parts of telico! I am a happy man
