So, having a quiet day, I thought I'd look around a few other areas of this great forum instead of just the Unimog and MB section where I usually hide. I hadn't realised there was such a large Land Rover area! Here's a pic of my 101. It is powered by a Cummins 6Bt 5.9 turbo diesel engine and has a ZF 5-42 gearbox and later Land Rover LT 230 transfer case. I sold it a few years ago so we could buy the 4x4 Merc truck we now have but thought I'd share a pic of it here! We are rebuilding an ex Mil Serise 2 SWB which now has a 200Tdi and LT77 gearbox, power steering and a few other mod cons. This will be set up with 4 free wheeling hubs as it will be A Framed behind the truck when finished. I do miss the 101 though!!
