Hi all!

I joined this forum a while back and spent so much time reading that I never really got around to posting up anything - so I thought I'd start with a couple of pics of my 110...

It's a 1989 200 TDI 110 County Station Wagon with loads of mods - I'll get around to listing them all someday!

Cheers,

Matt

Sweet Rigs. Ok. SO I have been waiting to post until I had some of my own - however getting this thing up and running to where I could get it up where some cool pics could be taken is taking longer than I anticipated. So here are some of mine recently at the workshop, out for ice cream - and pics from when I bought it.

A couple more since I just realized none are from the front. Driving it home, and PO pics.

Thanks Scott. I really like your 110 and Disco. Saw them at Expo '09. Also hope to bring my Taco up to somewhere close to where yours was. Nice to have "blueprints" such as yours to go by.

I frequented Ike's site often to look at that 88. Couldn't believe it was on the market as long as it was and tried to justify having it. Congrats. Here's an image of my 110 this past weekend. Mark

Great set up Matt, there is no question about....... the Series LR's and the Defes have a soul ! :)
I removed the Defender stickers in my Defe and looks much better for my taste :)

Chucaro - here you go. The tire carrier itself can retract or extend dependant up on carrying cans. You can see the idea from the images. Using M1 rifle slings to hold the cans in place - simple and inexpensive. Also, I have a 2" diameter grommet tapped into the back of the carrier. It pushes against the door where the carrier plate used to be. Adjustable to dampen out viabrations. Hope this helps. Mark

Two words for you.....Show. Off.

;)

So that's where that carrier ended up. I saw pics of it from Nick and thought it was on the 90!?

Really, really like the green 110 Mark!
