I have a sterling 10.5 rear axle — the housing is bent but there are tons of good parts on it.

- 4.30 gears/e-locker ($400) ring pinion and carrier (and all bearings)
- 2012 model year brakes (complete with brackets) ($150)
- rear hubs with bearings ($150 for pair)
- rear axles ($50 for pair)

preference for someone who will just take the whole axle and parts — if you do that I’ll sell it for just the price of the e-locker.

will ship everything other than axles on your dime.

it is setup for an e-series 4x4 swap so if you can find someone to straighten the housing it’d be ready to go for your van!

$500

Custom built Ford E-series aerodynamic HID projector headlights

Built by Vantage Optics.

-Porsche Panamera shrouds
-Morimoto XSB 80mm face mounted halos
-Morimoto XB H1 5500k bulbs
-Elite Morimoto 7.0 projectors
-Elite Morimoto 55W HID kit

Super bright headlights with a very defined and crisp cutoff. Both headlights and plug-n-play harness included. No modifications necessary to your van to use these, but the LED halos for the DRLs will require a bit of custom wiring. No damage to the lenses, these are like new and work great.

I had these on my van for a few years and really loved them, but I am selling the van.

I'm on the prowl for an Express/Savana 2500/3500 or Ford E-250/E-350 for a basic weekend van build. I'm curious how frequently you all have seen the nice Explorer conversion van seats go up for sale? I'm thinking that the bench seat that folds down to a bed with a foam topper would probably suit my needs, and it would be nice to have a proper bench seat with seat belts when extended family members or friends travel with me. And then it would also be nice to upgrade the front seats, especially if the passenger seat swivels and can double as a desk chair or living room chair.

Thing is, in almost all of the builds that the YouTube algorithm has been feeding me, basically nobody does anything like this. Is that because the YouTubers are full-timers and these bench seat/beds take up too much space (i.e. can't really store anything underneath)? Is it because nobody ever sells these seats? Is my idea actually stupid for reasons I'm not thinking about?

A Pull A Part Junk Yard is your friend.

Lot's of old conversion vans get junked and many have folding bench seats along with swivel seat bases that are CHEAP to purchase.

You will be amazed what you can repurpose from conversion vans in the JY!
