PRINSU's 2013 DCSB Tacoma TRD OFFROAD

Great looking truck.
What are your thoughts on the TJM winch? How many times have you used it?

I have had the winch for about 5-6 months now. I haven't had to pull out myself yet. But pulled out a newer tundra and a ford ranger that were both buried in to the hood in snow. The winch had no problem at all. Only time will tell for durability but so far I give it a 5 star rating. Mine came with wireless remote, synthetic line and has been great.

Zach, I was checking out one of your threads over in TWorld, what became of the alum skid project? The pictures you had of the prototype looked like a really good setup.

I have a set on my truck. Sold a few to a couple people. In the end I had some fitment issues and don't have enough time to fully commit to another line of products like skid plates when there are already a ton of other manufacturers out there that make a similar if not superior product. Roof racks take up most of the free time I have.

That being said the ones I build and put on my truck have been great. Everything I could have asked for or needed for the offroading I do.

I need a rack on my topper so I can install a RTT. Your set up is exactly what I need. Any problems with all the weight on the cap? I have read threads going both ways as far as the cap handling all the weight of the rack, RTT and weight of the people. I'm about 240 lbs and my wife is 130. RTT's can weight in excess of 100 lbs. So with the weight of about 500 lbs on top of the topper kind of concerns me. Any thoughts on this? Thanks in advance.
